We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please contact us and we will resolve the issue and refund the shipping costs.

Orders placed before 2:00pm will be shipped the same business day. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
